Community Guidelines

1. Be Authentic

• Use your real identity and recent photos.
• Be honest during onboarding so your Digital Twin represents you.
• No impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresenting age/intentions.

2. Be Respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
• No hate speech or discrimination.
• Accept closure and rejection gracefully.

3. Honor the No-Ghosting Commitment

• Provide closure to active connections.
• Respond to check-ins or let your Twin send closure.
• Repeated ghosting may reduce visibility or lead to suspension.

4. Keep It Safe

• Keep conversations on-platform until comfortable sharing contact details.
• Meet in public places; tell a friend your plans; arrange your own transport.
• Report concerning behavior immediately.
• Never send money to someone you met on the platform.

5. Prohibited Content

• Nudity or sexually explicit content; violence or gore.
• Illegal activity; spam/solicitation/advertising; copyrighted content without rights.
• Content involving minors.

6. Prohibited Behaviors

• Stalking, harassment, unwanted contact.
• Scamming, catfishing, romance fraud.
• Multiple accounts or using another person’s account.
• Prostitution or escort services.
• Manipulating/abusing Digital Twins.
• Sharing others’ private information without consent.

7. Reporting & Enforcement

Report in-app, block users, or email support@matchwell.ai. Actions include warnings, reduced matching priority, suspension, or permanent ban.
