AI & Voice Data Consent

1. Voice Data Collection

• Recorded during onboarding (60-90 minutes), calibration sessions, feedback, and Voice Bridge.
• Used to build your Digital Twin, capture style and vocabulary, and improve accuracy.
• Transcribed for processing; encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Deleted from servers after processing unless you opt in to storage; deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

2. Digital Twin AI System

• Your Twin is AI, not human, and will be identified as AI to others.
• It may not perfectly represent you; you can review/override communications.
• You are responsible for accuracy of onboarding information.

3. AI Improvement

• Anonymized/aggregated conversation data may be used to improve AI.
• Identifiable conversation data is not used for training without explicit consent.
• You may opt out of AI improvement in Privacy Settings.

4. Your Rights

• Access your voice recordings and Twin data.
• Request deletion of voice recordings.
• Correct inaccurate Twin profile data.
• Opt out of AI improvement usage.
• Withdraw consent (requires account deletion).

5. Consent Acknowledgment
